Coach

Everything you need to apply is free. Coach adds the full prep plan for every interview, on every job you track.

The free plan needs no card, and nothing free turns into a paid plan by itself. It includes:

• a CV check against any job ad
• tailored CVs, with a small Beacon line
• the tracker, with interview rounds and their dates
• the prep plan's headings and the reason for each item
• one short practice per job ad

Coach adds:

• every prep plan in full: a lesson for each item, and the plan's practice, marked out of ten
• answering out loud, in practice and in debriefs
• your CVs without the Beacon line, in all four templates
• full practices, with no fixed limit

Coach costs EUR 12.99 a month, or EUR 4.99 a week (about EUR 21.62 a month). Both include VAT. Coach renews until you cancel, and there is no minimum term.

Start Coach from Get Coach on Your plan, or from the offer on any prep plan or lesson, where you choose monthly or weekly.

The order page shows the price, the VAT in it and the date Coach renews. The first time, Beacon asks for your billing details: an invoice has to carry a name and an address. Then Subscribe and pay opens a secure payment page from our payment provider, and brings you straight back. Your card goes to the payment provider, and we never see your card number.

Coach is on as soon as the payment is confirmed, for every job. Your invoice follows by email.

Your plan, in Settings, holds everything about Coach:

• the plan, its price and the date it renews
• Orders, while you can still withdraw
• Payment: the card each renewal is charged to, with Update to replace it on a secure page
• Invoices, with Download PDF on each
• Billing address, which goes on your invoices
• Cancellation

On weekly, Switch to monthly on Your plan shows what you pay today: the monthly price, less a credit for the rest of your week. Switch and pay charges it to the card your plan renews on.

The switch continues the contract you already have, so it starts no new 14 days to withdraw.

To go from monthly to weekly, open Cancel Coach and choose Switch to weekly instead. The switch happens when your paid month ends, and nothing changes before. Keep monthly undoes it.

Cancel any time under Cancellation, with no notice and no fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep Coach until the end of the week or month you paid for, and then it ends.

Before you confirm, Beacon lists what you lose after that date: a lesson for each prep plan item, practice on each item, and CVs without the Beacon line. The tracker, checks and your tailored CVs stay free, and so does everything you built.

Until the date, Resume Coach turns renewal back on.

If a renewal does not go through, Beacon emails you and Your plan says so. We try your card again over the next few days, and Coach stays on meanwhile. Pay the renewal with a new card settles it straight away.

If it keeps failing, Coach ends and nothing more is charged. Cancelling while we retry ends Coach at once, and the renewal is not charged.

Within 14 days of your first payment you can withdraw, even if you have used Coach. We refund everything you paid under the plan, including any renewal or switch.

Use Withdraw from contract here on Your plan, or email [email protected]. Coach then ends at once. We send the refund within 14 days of your withdrawal, the same way you paid, and it then takes five to ten working days to arrive. Your invoices stay on Your plan, and a credit note joins them.

After the 14 days, cancelling stops the next renewal and the period you paid for runs to its end.

A free job is Coach for one job you choose, at no cost: its prep plan, lessons and practice in full.

You earn one when someone you invited with your link, from Invite friends in Settings, creates an account, confirms their email and checks a CV. They get one too. You can earn up to five a month.

A free job you have not used never expires. Use it with Use a free job here on a plan or a lesson. It then lasts until you close that job, or for 90 days, whichever comes first. Each job can have one free job, ever. If you have Coach already, your free jobs are kept for later.
