Questions are generated from that job ad and your CV rather than drawn from a bank, so a management role pulls leadership and stakeholder questions and an engineering role pulls technical ones. Behavioural, situational and competency questions all come out of the same process.
There is no menu of interview types to choose from and no fixed list of questions.
Unused full interviews end on the date shown on your plan, and we warn you a week before.
Nothing else changes. Checks and short interviews carry on, and every match, mark and CV version you have built up stays where it is.

When you do buy a pack, payment happens on Stripe's own page, and we never see your card number.
It is specific and consistent, which is what makes a second attempt worth taking: every answer gets one of four bands and a note on what it was missing.
It is also a language model and not a recruiter. It does not know the company, the team, or the person who will actually interview you, so read a strong band as evidence that you can explain your work, not as a prediction about the day.
You can practise explaining technical work: your approach, the trade-offs you took, how a system fits together, how you would track a bug down.
You cannot write or run code here. For hands-on coding, use something like LeetCode alongside Beacon, which is what most candidates end up doing anyway.
Interviews and marking run in English, Romanian or Hungarian, and you pick the language when you start one. The site itself is in English.
We do, and the AI providers that do the marking, which are OpenAI and Anthropic. Nobody else.
Your CV, your answers and your marking are never shown to employers and never sold. The Privacy Policy names every processor we use and what each one does.
Yes. Settings has a delete account action, and it removes the account rather than hiding it.

LeetCode drills coding problems. Beacon practises everything around them: how you explain the work, where your CV falls short of a particular job ad, and how your answers read to whoever is marking them.
Final Round AI sits in your real interview and feeds you answers. Beacon stays out of the room, because the point is to walk in able to do it unaided.
No, it runs in a browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge.
Speaking your answers needs microphone permission, which the browser asks for and you can refuse. Typing works just as well.
Yes, every screen is built for it.
A full interview runs about an hour though, which is a long time on a phone, so most people run the check on a phone and take the interview on a laptop.
Once you start a full interview from a pack, that pack cannot be refunded. You asked for it straight away and you used it. This is also why checks are free and why every job ad you check comes with a short interview: they are the trial, and none of it expires.
If you have not started a full interview yet, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying and we will refund the whole pack without question.
A refund returns the whole order and takes the pack with it. Interviews you already took stay in My sessions with their marking, and the money takes five to ten working days. The invoice stays in Your billing with a credit note beside it.
