These cookies are necessary for the website to function properly. They enable core functionality such as security, network management, and accessibility. You cannot opt-out of these cookies.

| Cookie | What it holds | How long |
|---|---|---|
| beacon_session | Your most recent interview, so we can offer to take you back to it. For one still in progress: the role you are practising for, its category, how many questions you have answered out of how many, your last and average score so far, and when you started. For one you have finished: the role, its category, your match rate and how it moved, your average score, how many questions it had, and when you finished. | 90 days |
beacon_session is set only if you accept functionality cookies, and it is deleted again if you
later withdraw that consent. Finishing an interview replaces it with that interview's result
rather than deleting it. Signing out does not delete it, so that the
panel can still offer to take you back to an unfinished interview next time you log in. It is readable by scripts on this
site by design, because the panel that offers to resume your interview appears on the log-in page,
before you are signed in. We never treat it as proof of who you are.
