## What Beacon does

Beacon reads a CV against a real job advert, extracts what the advert asks for, and generates
interview questions for that role and seniority. Each answer is scored out of ten against criteria
the product prints rather than hides, and returned alongside two model answers: an acceptable one
and an excellent one. Answers can be typed or spoken; spoken answers are transcribed and marked the
same way. Every session is kept, so the same question can be answered again later and the mark
compared.
