Everything here is in Settings: Account settings, in the account menu.

Notifications lists the emails Beacon sends, each with its own switch:

• The evening before an interview: the two plan items to look at, at 19:00.
• After an interview: a prompt to write the debrief, a few hours after.
• Heard back?: a week after your last round, if no outcome is recorded.
• Product news: offers now and then, and a note before a free job ends.

Product news is off unless you turn it on. Renewals and receipts are always sent while Coach is on.

Profile holds your name, your email address and an avatar. None of it reaches an employer. Changing the email changes how you sign in, from the moment you save.

Password needs your current password to set a new one. Changing it signs you out everywhere else.

Privacy and data has Request a copy: your CV, job ads, answers, plans and debriefs, as one file. The link arrives by email, usually within a few minutes, and works for seven days. You can ask again after 24 hours.

Your CV, your answers and your interview notes are never shown to an employer and never sold. The Privacy Policy names every service that handles them for us.

Delete my CV, at the foot of Your CV, deletes the CV and what was built from it, counted from your data before you confirm. Your account stays, and you can add a CV again at any time.

If what you want is a different CV, use Replace instead.

Delete account, under Privacy and data, deletes your CV and every job, plan, answer and debrief, and stops Coach if it is on. It cannot be undone, so download your data first. Deleting signs you out at once.

An account with no activity for 24 months is deleted too. Before that, we email you the date it will be deleted, with a link to keep it. Signing in keeps it as well.
